Come and join me for some real mens work, lets take a deep dive in to maculinity, in to becoming a good man, a just man, a man of value to himself and to others.
Its time we men stood together and took an account of our responsiblity not to pass our pains down the line, to learn more of ourselves, develope healthy coping strategies that we can impliment within our daily lives, learn how to be vulnerable as within that lies strength, have a philosophy for life and create discipline that leads to rewards physically, mentally and spiritually so that we can live life the way mother nature intended; Thriving!
