Nature Retreats & Events

This is where it all began. Our nature retreats and events sit at the heart of what we do, bringing people back to themselves through breathwork, stillness, sound, movement, community, and time in wild, beautiful places. These are the experiences we’ve become known for, grounded, honest, and deeply nourishing, creating space for calm, clarity, connection, and the kind of reset only nature can offer.

Conscious Classes & Workshops

Held inside the Conscious Hub Dome, our Conscious Classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other authentic holistic practices. These classes support calm, clarity, balance, and deeper connection, offering a grounded space to nourish body, mind, and spirit through simple, powerful tools that have stood the test of time.

Wild Sauna & Swims

Our wild sauna and swim experiences bring people back to the elements through wood-fired heat, cold water, breath, and the raw medicine of nature. More than a wellness trend, they are a chance to clear the mind, reset the body, build resilience, and tap into that ancient sense of aliveness that comes from fire, water, air, and stillness working together.

Adventure Wellness

Adventure wellness is where challenge meets presence. Through paddleboarding, cliff jumping, cold water immersion, breathwork, and other outdoor experiences, we create opportunities for people to step beyond the ordinary, awaken the senses, and feel more alive in body and mind. It is wellbeing with an edge, rooted in nature, shaped by experience, and carried by the kind of moments that stay with you.
