What we do
Hey this is Aaron and this is the first Conscious Man blog post! So, I thought l’d spend some time explaining what it is we do, what are aim is and the philosophy that underpins all our work. So, first things first what is it that we do?! At The Conscious Man our aim is to help you help yourself by achieving a better state of conscious living. We do that in various ways; breathwork, meditation, connecting to nature, connecting inwardly and much more.
We create classes and events for you to interact with for that purpose. The events have been a huge success and we are really enjoying watching them grow and holding the space.
We want to help people heal themselves, we aren’t trying to be grandiose miracle men we are the facilitators and just grateful that we are able to create an environment where people can come together and heal.

Our philosophy
Now let’s get to the juicy part what is it that we believe that underpins all of what we do?! What is our philosophy?!
We believe that life is about balance and that contemporary society is out of seep with the human soul, that our part within this world is far deeper than the superficial experience society would have us believe and be part of.
We believe we are nature’s consciousness manifest, we are nature’s spokesperson, we are symbiotically, integrated into nature and without connecting to nature and our nature we lose ourselves. This isn’t just some theory we have brought ourselves to, Mary & myself have done the research, experimented with ourselves & others and had nothing but beautiful, life changing results and

Connections
When we truly connect to who we are we find purpose, when we take a moment of stillness we find calmness, when take a breath and pause we find clarity, when we uncover our relationship with nature we find connection, when we come together we find community, when we learn the tools to bring balance in to our lives with find healing, when we appreciate just being here, being alive, being in touch with our hearts we find contentment.
